I remember phoning multichoice and they advised that a debit order would be better, i gave them details but the girl i spoke to advised me that i should go to a multichoice branch to confirm everything otherwise the debit order will not be in place. I forgot about this arrangement and went ahead and paid my normal account via Internet and the on the same day the debited my account. (27/03/2013) i then contacted them on the 28/03/2013 ref: 127748917 and was advised that this will be done within 3-4 days (they should pull the voice recording) then i phoned again on the 02/04/2013 ref: 128107825 and was advised thart this will take longer but as confirmed with the manager it will be done by 04/04/2013.
i then called in again and now they want bankstatements or whateva although they have all my freaking details.
I was on the phone with them for 25min and to no avail the who helped me placed me on hold for the most of the time. i am so frustrated as they are easy to switch off your dstv and overcharge and constantly send reminder emails and sms' but they cant pay my own darn money back! someone need to explain their procedure to their staff so that clients dont get the wrong ans
