Pathetic queue for service from call centre!

I am trying to upgrade my package from a bouquet to premium.
I have contacted both the CT and JHB call centres but my call position varies from being #52 to #85.
In the stores I am told to make these changes online, but after completing the whole registration process, i am only able to deactivate my account online.
