I have tried to make contact with Multichoice for the past two days to upgrade my service to premium. After about 30 minutes of trying and losing almost R70 in the process I have given up on this most pathetic service where you hold for ages onto an IVR. I have brought this disturbing and frustrating service to the management many times and even suggested a preferential line as this premium package is what Multichoice wanrts to achieve to boost revenue. Why this service can also not be incorporated into their sms or Self service offering is mind boggling.

I am not prepare to waste a cent more to try and upgrade. I demand reimbursement of my R70 with immediate effect.
