AGAIN BAD SERVICE

I have been holding on for Multichoice for the last 27 minutes and now one has answered yet!!! My DSTV account has been suspended because of NON payment, however I am sitting with the proof of payment in front of me. Payment was made on 01/04/2013 and the reference number is 20130402/Nedbank/206532047 - There service is up too!!
