When I promise a date I stick to it!

I temporarily terminated my dstv as I moved into a place where it already is. I gave ample notice and at the time was assured that the debit order will not go off. Guess what: My account was debited. On 8 March 2013 @10;38 am I called in and spoke to a gent named Prince who assured me that by the 28th of March the money will be credited back into my account. No such credit has been made and it is already the 3rd of April. Will you please transfer the money back into my account that you promised to do?
