I cancelled my DSTV subscription when they announced the new pricing structure at the beginning of March. They then telephoned me trying to persuade me to take another package and asked why I wanted to cancel. I confirmed cancellation and the service was cut on the 28th March. This morning 2nd April R622 was debited from my account to Multichoice. This is basically as they have taken my money and provided no service.
