Bad service!!! no actually NO SERVICE!!

Went to Multichoice at Toti Mall, Amanzimtoti, to do card swaps, got there just after 10h00 after queing for over an hour, got the new cards, spent another 3 hours on the phone to try and get my cards activated!! eventually when I got threw to the call centre, I was told the cards were reported "missing" like in gone!!! I went back to Multichoice Amanzimtoti, and yet again back in the dreaded queue for another 40 minutes, to be told by one of the staff members (there were two ladies) I was given my old cards back, and told to go to Multichoice Umhlanga Rocks, as they cannot help me, there were numerous customers in the shop who were told to go to Umlhanga Rocks!!! why have the Toti branch if they cannot help you, this is now POOR BAD service, is Multichoice going to pay for our time and petrol!!! what are we paying for!!! We know you have the monopoly but we are your customers, and pay your salaries!!!
