My son and I went to the Mall at Carnival on the 29.03.2013 to view "The Croods". The movie got off to a bad start with the Projector Manager walking in just as we were seated - stating that the movie would not be starting on time as they were experiencing a few technical problems. It wasn't too bad, there was about a 10 min delay which was acceptable cause at least we were being communicated with. Then about 45 min into the movie, it appeared that the film was getting stuck and then unstuck, causing the image to carry on but the sound to be delayed. This happened about 3 times-people keep sitting and waiting hoping I suppose that it would right itself. After about 10min, one of the other parents got up to go and call a manager. No avail, we waited and waited. Eventually when I went to go look for someone, everyone I kept asking were just shrugging and pulling up their shoulders - no one knew where the Projection Manager was. Just as we are about to leave this guy storms past us running upstairs. Movie restarted and the forwarded to where it supposedly stopped. No apologies made by any of the staff/management as to what happened which I feel was unfair as the 3D tickets are expensive!
