On Saturday the 15th of June 2012 we went to the cinema and wanted to purchase 2 tickets for the new Startrek 3D movie. We tried 3 out of 5 self help ticket machines, but none excepted our payment.

We then stood in a looooong Q, but they could not process our payment and we tried the 2 remaining self help kiosks, but had no success.

Eventually we walked to the other side of the mall to get cash from our bank and walked all the way back to purchase cash tickets.

Ster Kinekor wasted 40 minutes of my time. What an inconvenience! On our way to the movie we stopped for a drink and pop corn, but again our card was not accepted. To top it all the toilets were disgustingly dirty and the other customers in the cinema were loud and rowdy.

Very badexperience with Ster Kinekor!!
