7 Slush Machines not working

Ster kinekor as a wonderful deal called the Double Up, R99 for two reg popcorns, two reg soda/slush and two packets of sweets. This all is great, if the 7 Slush Puppy machines they had were in working condition. Firstly we were informed upon request thereof that the slush puppy was "Sour" and that they did not serve it. How can 7 Machines all be sour... no the less... the customer next to us, ordered slush puppy... and got it. When I asked how can they get Slush Puppy but we are refused... I wasn't answered and only asked what flavour. We clearly asked for a strawberry and a grape, but received strawberry and raspberry... we sent it back and got the right flavour. But it seemed to be the wrong product, we asked for slush puppy but got water puppy instead. If I knew that I would have brought along some oros and a still water. How can Ster Kinekor, who is known for slush puppy, not serve slush puppy, and how can it even be possible for such a movie giant franchise to even have ONE machine with sour slush puppy
