Cinema & toiletes DIRTY!! No ice in Slush Puppy!!!

We viewed the 18:00 movie tonight (29/12/2013 Cinema A) and 1st my Slush Puppy had no ice in! What is a slush Puppy without slush??? When I returned it, the lady at the kiosk told e that is the best they can do right now as their machine are low on slush, after selling me the slush puppy.

Then I went to the toilets, which was a total mess! Very dirty!
Then the cinema itself was also left in a state. Popcorn lying around on the seats, cold drink spilled on the floor etc.
I only expect the best service when visiting a Classic Cinema, and what I have experienced tonight is totally unacceptable!!! We visit the Irene branch often, driving all the way from Kempton Park. NEVER will I visit this cinema again!!!
