Pouch swap

I bought a Walker pouch from a supplier at the Multichoice stall at the Nedbank Golf Challenge in December 2012. I spoke to Trever, tel no. 011- 2894138, katlego, trl no. 011-2892357 and Clasin who answered Trevors phone on 2013-02-08 (my last attempt to get a response), of Multichoice. I was shown a black leather pouch as a sample, and I chose I white pouch. On opening the pouch when I arrived home, I realised it is not made of leather. I phoned the Multichoice staff members mentioned above several times, tohey all promised to revert. I am still waiting please help!!! I also send am email request on 2012-12-10, I received an auto reply sayingthat my request will be routed to the relavant unit, still waiting. HELLO PETER please help!!!
