I placed an order on the 3rd December '13, & paid them the very same day too, I then get an e-mail stating that there's a glitch- please make contact with our orders department; so I found out that they had to use another supplier for my order (being a cellphone pouch, which unfortunately I couldn't find locally, or I would've purchased one without going through Wantitall). I gave them consideration & PATIENCE, then time went along & I made contact with them again, telephonically towards the end of Dec asking them what's the delay now? The reply was that they've got two shipment containers which haven't been unpacked yet & my order could be in there... I only received my order on the 7th January '14! That's just the beginning, this cellphone pouch's flap doesn't even close! There's not even a clip, valcro, or even a magnetic-clip like the newer designs out on the market, & it's supposed to protect my phone from drops etc.?! I've sent them Feedback & haven't even had a reply from them with regards to this matter, is this how they practice customer service?! For the amount that I've paid for this pouch too, I expected something of quality, I'm disappointed!
