Leather phone pouch turned plastic

In April last year i bought a leather pouch for my Nokia 500 cell phone from Takealot. After about 3 months the material on the pouch started to delayer and I then saw, that it was made out of man made material and not leather as described on Takealot website. Since then I send few emails to Megan, but none was answered. I bought plenty items from Takealot before and it was perfect, but since they stopped to cooperate with [URL Removed] their service and product offer has gone down dramatically. It is a pity.
