Please do us all a favour and inform retailers of this utter frustrating issue, why are retailers allowed to sell products if they are not compatible with the latest upgrades from Apple.

"When o When" will you decide to fix the problem, even better let us know if it is even possible to fix this?

It is so frustrating spending almost R500 and you have no use for it...
