Multichoice still have not

I have made 3 calls to get my refund back but nothing has happened to date, i think i will cancell my debit order with DSTV, its really frustrating.

They gave a silly answer saying that it was because i upgraded and downgraded my package in Jan, but if i only upgraded one package why did they charge for the other???
