Timer out by 2 hours on info bar

Can someone please fix the time on the bottom info bar which is out by 2 hours for example; 6pm is showing 16h00?
I would prefer better service than that!
This has been going on for 3 weeks now.
Do you think it is worth paying R650 a month for a service and they cant even get something as simple as that right?
