Today I have been notified that my service will be discontined if payment of r29.00 is not paid. I have sent an email on the 4/3/2013 asking them to please advised why I am been billed for R269.00 when I am on the package of R239.00 & again last wk. The agent advised that I upgraded in Dec 2012. I advised that I dont recall giving permission and that I also had an incident with the statement in January as no-one could explain that my account went up to R318plus arrears when I without fail pay my account on the 20th of each month for the next month. My question is if I did upgrade in Dec why was I not notified in January when I queried my statement of which they could not answer and they reconciled my account. Now today they tell me unfortuately you will stay disconeected until R29 is paid and thereafter we can adjust your viewing to r239.00. I am so angered and feel like cancelling my subscription which I mentioned to the agent and she was to eager to ask me again if I want my services cancelled instead of trying to work on a solution to recitify the problem. My account for the month of March was paid on the 20/2/2013 could someone not notified me to confirm my plan that I am on?
