Charged for wrong contract

I opened up a contract from Telkom in Greenstone and someone made a mistake with the slip and they are currently charging me for an Samsung Galaxy S4 not the S4 mini contract of only R269 they did say there is going to be extra charges so I got my statement and it said R680 I went to them they said I must actually only pay R 478.60 but the lady advised me to pay it so my phone is not shut of till they fix the problem this was about late Nov to begging Des now we are in January and still nothing has been done all they say is I need to email this person to fix it. I got my new statement which is again not right with R377.10 I only have a R269 contract of an S4 mini the max my account needs to be is R300 but because I over paid they said ill just get credit for January with only a payment of R201.40. Now I am being over charged again I can not keep on losing so much money every month I did not budget on till they "FIX" it.
