Misleading advertisement

When my sister told me multichoice is not a good company, I didn't listen. The was an ad about extra view and I went to DSTV in Wonderpark and they said I can make it from my father's one and I will pay 60 rand they even come to me and install the receiver and I was never told I must bring the original decoder that I am making an extra view from, when I realise that a R600 was deducted then they told me I must bring the original decoder with mine so they can link it why was I not told in the first place, them when I went with them both I go the other story that they will not refund me as it was David's fault and the two decoders are not compatible, the first decoder is the old model and the second decoder is the new one. This people should have check first before selling the product to me.
