Bad Bad Bad Equipment- Bad Supplier - Multichoice

I have complained about my picture from recordings jerking for over 5 months but Multichoice say their service warranty only covers replacing your equipment with their NON WORKABLE old equipment that we paid full price for in the first place.

Multichoice should get Carte Blanche to investigate their own total RIP OFF.
