I've been a Multichoice client for years and each year i've always changed debit orders in december, because most companies gets paid in advance. so as one of my priorities i called to instruct multichoice to debit my account on the 15th and not the 20th like they always do. and i also asked to change the debit order to the 20th in january again after. now they deducted my account on the 15th and their were no funds, but when i call to ask them to fix it? they telling me to pay an extra amount that i've been viewing between now and the 20th as if they refunded me for the 5 days that i lost when they deducted on the 15th last month. day light as soon as i'm done paying i'm definately getting a top TV because this.
