Inadequate responses re account queries

I had a single decoder up until i upgraded to a PVR more than a year ago. Up until last month I was still paying insurance on this decoder, although it was not in use, and further more, it was destroyed in the floods. I have requested that they reverse these charges and to no avail. which I think is quite disgusting. The only thing they have done was to cancel the insurance. That is R240.00 that they have not resolved as Yet.

- My Box office account. I deposited in November of last year 2 by R100.00. One EFT and one Cash deposit. Apparently R100.00 was returned to me, however it does not reflect in my account. this is apart from the R50.00 dpeosited in January. Which still has not reflected. And this also has not been resolved.

- Then we come to payments. I have been suspended while all these communications have been in progress and only to tell me that they payments did not reflect in their account. R50.00 per shot, As a matter of interest I was on the phone to Multichoice last week and I did a payment to them and was informed within a minute that it was reflecting on their account.? Late payment. Rubbish. Extra R50.00 yes please.

Who pays for my calls???
