Despite everything being "in stock" on their website, it took them over a month to deliver only one item in my order. It's now been 48 days and I still haven't received the rest of the order yet. Of their own accord, they haven't sent any email updates about my order, there have been no apologies, no excuses and no remorse. When I write to them I just get vague replies. I still have no idea when I'm going to get my order or a refund, or anything at all.
