Ive been robbed

I purchased goods to the value of R1600 from this online store. 6 weeks later and no delivery (after being promised they would deliver within 7 days, then they made it the 20th dec, then promised me by 27th december... and now they just send an email to say sorry they are on holiday. I have requested a refund twice and given the vendor options to meet my order but they have not met these. Never had such a strange series of events and different excuses from an online store, so I can only assume they are operating... if they had been consistent in their excuses I may have fallen for it, but Ive had everything from "they are just busy" to "out of stock" to "misplaced" to "on holiday now"... not cool and I intend taking this to the full limits of the law. Basically and at this stage. 4 x phone calls 5 x emails 6 x weeks waiting
