Took out multichoice for my belated father a year and 2 months ago on my name and I paid for the year in advance and I asked the lady that if we do not want it after a year what must we do she said I just dont have to pay again and they will disconect as you pay in advance? Now I did not renew as my father past away last year October. I Got no letters, calls or emails from multichoice untill today when I got an sms from ITC BA to say multichoice handed me over for bad debt for R126.20, the lady Jaydene did have all my correct details and said she will have to follow up with them. I mean really ICT for something I paid for in advance how can I owe monies if it was paid in advance?? I feel very humiliated as I am not a bad payer and have never been treated like this. Why did multichoice not phone me first and discussed the matter with me why straight to ICT?
