Paid 12days ago and service has been suspended

Im getting sick of ths... i pay my account every month in advance on the last day of the month. June's fees where paid n the 30th of May and my service has been suspended. This is every months problem.i have been on peter so many tmes with the same issue and the problem is not getting solved. The call center cant answer my questions wh my service s cut but ive paid them 11days ago??? Seems the accountling service at multichoice is left for 3 year olds to do... the best is i dont wait to pay them every mnth but when complain to them for cutting my service after its been paid, they reply"you will just have to wait fot the service to reconnect"
I had enough of this poor service!!! I demand some sort of compensation... this s going on for more than 6 months...
