Can't follow a simple instruction!

What a bunch of! I went into the Randburg office yesterday, and requested them to deactivate my one Decoder with smartcard number 4266262926 on the 8th of March 2013, when my billing cycle ends. (I have two decoders, one at home and one at my office).

I speciffically instructed them to only disconnect on the 8th of March, as I still want to receive the final test match with Pakistan statring tomorrow.

I was assured by both the agent and his supervisor that it will only be actioned on the 8th of March 2013. To my horror, when I came into my office this morning, they had disconnected my service!

Now you bunch of absolute cretins, you WILL restore my service immediately, and at NO COST to myself as you obviously have great difficulty in following simple instructions! And what really me off is that I actually took the time and trouble to go to their offices to make sure they would not c-ock it up! Well, they did!

All I can say is, Multichoice, you S-U-C-K!

Restore my service NOW!
