Poor Service

Hi..I am still awaiting a response on the December decoder offer from R1599 to R999. I have no response from DSTV nor Multichoice and non of the Multichoice staff are aware of this offer. I have been put through pillar and post at Multichoice, dept to department and NO ONE could help me. I have been told conflicting stories regarding this offer. Can some one pls help me.
