I had disconnected the decoder due 2 a software problem in Oct 2012. Bt due 2 Multi choice receiveing a payment in Nov they Automatically reconnected without informing or contacting me. Wen I tried 2 reconnect a new Decoder in Dec I ws told that they had reconnected me alrdy in Nov, bt they were goin 2 pass a credit application thru 2 the accnts departmnt. In Jan I received a bill 4 ova R800 so I calld 2 querry, I spent ova 1 & a half hours speaking 2 various consultants with a promise that the manager will contact me shortly. I ws then subsequently disconnected due 2 the non payment. I called in agn askn them 2 luk in2 the accnt & reslove the issue. The manager reconnected the account as I had made a payment of R260 & promised 2 call me back within 24 hours. 2 date I'm still waiting for the call. I hve now gotten a bill of r580 evn though I'm on compact. Telephoned the durban call centre & spoke 2 6 diff consultants in the space of 2 hrs. I am sooo angry as nun of them were prepared 2 call me back or trnsfer me 2 the manager. After evry consultant I had 2 explain my story agn it became very frastrating! I would really lyk this problem resolved as soon as possible plse!!!
