Last year September we called Troy to move our lnb cable to another room so we could use our TV there, the DSTV worked for a while then suddenly gave connecting problems/blocky pictures and low signal etc.

We called the company again and they sent two other installers to come fix the problem, well they came and did nothing, but complained about the tree being in the way apparently so we wasted R300 for them to just spectate and they ended up breaking even more channels when they fiddled with the DSTV dish so we ended up not being able to watch half our favourite channels we pay for.

We went to the shop radio world to buy a twin LNB for R280 since they were going to charge us R700 to put one in if we used theirs and after they put it in the second time they came the signal was 95% and 100% quality.

So we got charged R400 for the first time, R300 for the Second and R300 for the 3rd to do one simple thing yet they ended up having to fix the bad installation the first one did who decided to put in a splitter instead of telling us it wasn't possible to have two TV points without twin LNB.

Would like to see a refund for most of the charges which is R800 DSTV excluding the cabling
