I spoke with Henry Khoza on the 6th of Februay whom said that he would capture to payments made to our dstv account using the reference provided by Donald Ledwaba on the 11th of January. Our account has been disconnected today!!! When are we going to get this right?? How much longer will I have to contact you every 10th of the month to ask you to reconnect our services? We are paying according to YOUR instruction!!! This is very frustrating and has been going on for 1 year!!
