STILL NO RESOLUTION!!!

It is the 10th of January and guess what my service has been suspended. I was reconnected last month and sent through the proof of payment for the amount that continues to show as owing on my account. Very disapointed that this has only proved to be a temporary solution and the almost year long headache continues...
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!
