Hi,
So I just less than a half hour drive not even far from the tall gate and had to pay R66 after telling the cashier we just going in and out. She did not mention that we had to be out by 8pm and we came out at 8-12pm she told us we meet it speak to the manager and just pay nothing else she can do then the manage says the same n we can come back tomorrow because she can do nothing and that the camera will say we told her then to play it and she refused and said we need to pay some other people has to help us pay I order to leave but I was so disappointed because I got no help or remorse and any type of feeling from the manager no effort to assist I told her to give contact details she said no just a office number everything I tried she said no, I wmt my fund refunded because we were 5 cars that went through the same thing at the same time telling her that the lady at the windows did not tell us anything otherwise we would have left, so discussed at how we are treated and how customers are treated and made liers.
