Poor Training and Horrible Call Queuing System

The Multichoice Queuing system is long drawn out and such a terrible waste of time and energy.
Poor consultant training and complete incompetence meant that my DStv system was switched off.
I asked that the billing date be changed when I had the system reconnected. Unknown to me (and it seems the incompetent consultant) this raised an extra charge of R200 or so. So a few days later because I hadn't paid the amount I wasn't even aware of my DSTv was cut off.
To have the account reconnected they require my passport number (they didn't need it the last time) and I only have it in my office in Cape Town. I was forced to drive to Cape Town and back to Somerset West (to get my passport number) due to DSTv incompetence
