Worst call centre eve

After 30 minutes on hold with no numbers entered being recognised, an operator finally answers only to leave me hanging for another 10 minutes then get automatically transferred to the customer feedback recording where no matter how hard you push the response number the recording tells you that you haven't entered a number. Multi Choice has us over a barrel and their call centre line is pathetic to say the least
