Please could the office of the CEO give me a call. I have made 33 calls, at huge expense, regarding the same issue. The agents are untrained and talk trash to get you off the line, the supervisors make promises that dont get kept and the operations managers lead the pack by setting the same example. Magic? Black magic maybe!! It is shocking. 16 hours of call (as one call is never less than 30 minutes) from a cell phone trying to get service. That cost alone, never mind my time, is extreme. No service provider can expect that from any customer. Guys, we are the people who keep you in business and its time you woke up and realised that. |We, your customers, should unite against you and refuse to pay any subs until we get what we initially purchased... service. Its time to shape up or ship out. I am waiting for a call... not from an unqualified staff member, nor an excuse making sweet talker... the man on top will do!!!
