Service at Multi Choice is appalling

Someone used my account details to set up a debit order at Mutli Choice, went to the offices and they said case would be escalated to Risk and, have been waiting for investigation feedback for 3 weeks now. When I wanted to take the matter to the police station and open a case of, they said I need to wait till they done with their own investigations. Nobody has gotten back to me or even contacted me to say they still working on the case. Their lines are constantly congested so getting through to them is a mission. Money was taken from my account without my knowledge or consent, it was an erro on their part as they failed to request documentation from the person who set up the debit order. The least they can do is help out cause they made an error.
