Phoning their call centre is expensive, you stay on the line listening to music for over 45min until someone cuts your call and you have to start all over again. Why do they have a facebook page or Twitter page if they only reply to whom they feel like, and for R650 per month their service! I don't want new channels, they can't fix old problems and they keep adding to customer frustration! As a customer I am being ed over with bad service, customer satisfaction doesn't exist to Dstv/Multichoice. When are customers going to be given what they pay for? And all the repeats of movies and series...! There are so many new movies and they put repeats! I could go on and on about Dstv but for today it's enough. I will complain again in 5 days!
