This is not the first time this has happened. I down graded on Saturday and was told the new amount I need to pay which I paid. Monday my account was suspended so I phoned and was told I was given the incorrect amount so I paid the outstanding amount. Now today yet again my account has been suspended due to some reason. I keep phoning but now I've been cut off 3 times, this is pathetic service!!!
