Did not get the room I booked

I booked my room at the wild coast sun and I got a view of a gardan worst then mine. I have just checked in and I am not happy. I have complained to the front desk and they said I need to speak to Meraline, first she was not in, then she was in a meeting. I'm still waiting. So the desk says this is how it was booked, so I called central reservation to check, I still waiting for there call. This is the same mass up they made the last time. I did not drive 8 hours to see bush. I need this sorted out urgently.
