No service after 8 hours

I am disgusted by the poor service I'm getting from multichoice I have been trying to get my decoder to be reconected since 7 am this morning. 8 hours later and over a R 100 worth of airtime down the drain I'm still trying to get through to them and is still without any viewing pleasure after my account has been paid. I am to furious to go in to the walk in centre because why have a call centre if they are not serving any purpose at all, I am not waisting any more of my money trying to get through to them I want someone to call me back asap with a solution within the next hour or I will take matters further and dstv`s name will suffer the consequences.
