Dstv HD Decoder keeps on breaking

Once every year the HD decoder breaks. So every time I need to pay in. It broke on the Friday kept on restarting. Took it in on Saturday morning. They guy saw what was wrong and said he will have to give us a new one (actually a refurbished unit again). Then he said the update will take two hours. I left the decoder there. As he said he needs to help other clients. I said it's fine and returned after 2 hours. Asked if everything is working he said yes. Got home plugged everything in then i got the E107error. Sent a sms waited 3 hours still nothing. Called the call centre they said it will take another 2 hours.By 5 in the afternoon still the E107 error. Gave DST a call after 22H00 at night then the only it got fixed.

The client service isn't there from DSTV. I have to keep on paying in and wait for service.
