I got a statement and an sms to confirm the amount to be paid. After i made payment my subscription was suspended. I called the call center and spoke to Salamina who was very RUDE and she gave the incorrect information, she said i need to pay an extra R70. She was very unprofessional and ended up hanging up the call.
