Pay for service in full but not receiving in full

Paid my dstv account on 30/12/13 same way as done previous - 3 years. Services suspended. Took 20min to speak to someone in call centre. Took another 20min to reactivate service. Lost recordings and catchup is not going to work for another 48hrs. Pay for premium service in full but can not use all the options for - 4 days... Call centre has a BAD ATTITUDE!! Just say "sorry not my problem". Not the first time i had to deal with unfriendly, inefficient people in call centre.
