My husband phoned today to arrange for a late payment as he lost his job recently but thankfully started a new one today. He held on for customer service for about 20 min and eventually spoke to a consultant which was not able to help him with the arrangement, then transferred him to another who was no help too. The 3rd consultant was happy to help him make an arrangement, but then after talking for about 5 minutes the line was cut. Not having money, this is already unacceptable being on the phone for so long to any man on the street, but never the less he phoned back, holding on for another 15 min. The 4th and 5th persons then also confirmed that our dstv will be cut off if a payment is not made today. Apparently, according to the system they cannot give us a week or two to make the payment. Not even one week! The "GRACE period" is 3/4 days. I think it is ridiculous that most, if not all - service providers can give you payment arrangement plans except for multichoice! I cannot believe it! We have been customers - forever, and this is what you get... It's ridiculous! Honestly!
