POOR SERVICE VODACOM!

At the beginning of April I had a huge dispute with Vodacom which was partially resolved (previous complaint on Hellopeter) I wanted to make an arrangement and thus far had no response whatoever. I sent the email below to various people with no joy:

The last consultant I spoke to told me I can make an payment arrangement for the disputed amount which is R2245.88.

I will be able to make an payment for my normal subscription and handset installment which amounts to R 1087.50.

I phoned 111 and the consultant told me I can pay minumum R1500 this week and at the end of the month I will be paying more than R4000 again. I cannot afford this, that's why I explained it to everyone at Vodacom!

My current account is R1400, I would like to know why and the consultant cannot tell me. I can only afford R1300 maximum per month and woul like to make an arrangement.

PLEASE ASSIST, I am tired of contacting Vodacom with NO RESULTS

(YESTERDAY MY LINE WAS SUSPENDID!!!)
