Waiting since the 30 July 2013 for my refund

Hello. I mistakenly paid R7100 into the account instead of R700. I immediately contacted accounts and was told that a journal would be done and that the matter was escalated and within 7 working days i will get a refund. I spoke to 2 other people not one of them told me that i needed to supply documents as they had everything on their system. two weeks later still hadn't got my money i exploded. as i informed them that i am a single mom of two and the money is alot and that I'm in financial problems now. I submitted the documents on the 16th august. On the 20 I responded to their email from escalations. I feel that they are delaying. It has always been me that has to phone and find out what the hold up is. I am upset as right from the start as soon as i immediately phoned to rectify the matter. It is now nearly a month and i still don't have a refund. on top of that I still paid R700 to them in the beginning of August as i had to do a change of client and they gave me a different account number. Please i am not usually this careless but this is bad service and being a single mom of two. enough is enough.
