STRUGGLING TO GET REFUND PAID

For the past 18 months I have been paying 750.00 per month to Coombe/Flemix for a debt of 7583.00 with Crest Financial Services. How the amount of 750.00 came about is still debatable. As of end of February I have been paid up on this account - according to mr Aukett a paid up letter was sent to my HR 6 March, 25 march i req a statement to be told im paid up. End of March and April payment still went off my salary now trying to get a refund of 1500.00 from them is turning to a nitemare - mr Aukett was helpfull in the beginning and now just NO feedback please this is my hard earned cash I need this refund resolved within 24 hours or I am taking this matter to the Financial Services Ombud. I do not care that you are waiting for payment from YOUR client I paid my money to Flemix and therefore I hold Flemix responsible. You have all my documents for the past 3 weeks so please attend to this as a matter of Urgency.
