Multichoise Finance Department are the PITS!!!

This is my 3rd Hello Peter about a Refund that has been owed to me since December 2012. Multichoice ran a debit order from my account, after I paid them a years subscriptions up front! I did manage to get them to admit on 29/30 January 2013 that they made a mistake, and they will refund me about R650.00 - I was told by the call centre agent that it would take about 7 working days for this refund to be processed. I have called them on 13 Feb 2013 because after 10 working days, there was still no refund. My query was escalated and I was told it will take another 24h - 48h to process. Well, today (More than 48h later) - Still NO REFUND!! THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST POOR CLIENT SERVICES I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS - I MYSELF WORK IN THE FINANCIAL SECTOR, AND I WILL FACE DISCIPLINARY ACTION IF I EVER TREAT A CLIENT LIKE I HAVE BEEN TREATED!! And if you ask for a telephone number for their accounts department, I am told that they do not take calls, they only respond to e-mail. Well - I expect one of 3 people to call me back - The Financial Director, the Financial Manager or their Credit Manager - I AM NOT INTERESTED TO TALK TO ANYONE ELSE BUT ONE OF THOSE 3 PEOPLE!!!
